The United States Government is made up of the people therefore; when someone is cheating the Government of the United States they are cheating you. Anyone that has any knowledge of corporations, whether they are large or small, that may be cheating the Government of the United States, that company or corporation should be brought to bear whatever is necessary to compensate for that cheating.

It’s true that our Government has paid huge sums of money for things that we pay smaller prices for however, if a company must put all things aside to accommodate the one sale to the government then they are entitled to whatever compensation they need for the products they had to set aside of give up to complete the government order. This is not cheating, since both parties are aware of the price of the item.

It becomes cheating when the company or corporation states that they will manufacture an item of certain quality and names what process they will use, and then the item is made inferior to the agreement. This is one form of cheating the government. The company or corporation is paid for the quality item but does not produce a quality item. What’s more that inferior item may be a hazard.

If you know of anyone that may be cheating the government, not just in production of products but in anyway, you can sue that company, person, or corporation on behalf of the United States Government. When you do so, you may be entitled to some financial compensation for your actions. This form of legal action is called defense contractor “qui tam” which is a term that dates back to thirteenth century England and translated means “he who sues in this matter for the King as well as for himself.

Don’t be afraid to be a defense contractor fraud whistleblower. The False Claim act protects defense contractor fraud whistleblower and the if you blow that whistle you may be entitled to get a percentage of the money that the government may retrieve resulting from your information. Because the government believes that offering a large money reward will encourage people to provide information of defense contractor fraud. That compensation may often pay whistleblowers millions of dollars.
